  • Shipping Costs: All shipping charges for returns are to be borne by the customer.
  • Exchange Requests: Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Package Opening Video: To be eligible for a exchange, you must record a video while opening the package upon delivery. This video will serve as proof in case of damage or discrepancies.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for a exchange, please ensure the following:

  1. Request Made on Time: Submit your exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product.
  2. Video Proof: Record a video of the package opening, showing any issues present at the time of delivery. This video must be shared with us during your exchange request.

Note: Failure to provide a package-opening video will result in the denial of a exchange request.

Non-exchange Situations

  • Color and Size Variations: Please note that issues with color or size are not eligible for exchange. We provide detailed descriptions and images to ensure you have all the necessary information before purchase.
  • Products Without Original Packaging: Items that are not returned in their original condition and packaging will not be eligible for a exchange.

Process for Returns & Exchange

  1. Initiate Request: Contact us with your order details, reason for the exchange, and the package-opening video.
  2. Approval & Shipping: Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item. Please note that shipping charges will be your responsibility.
  3. Exchange Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange.

Additional Notes

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective and is verified through the package-opening video, you may be eligible for a exchange or replacement.
  • Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer exchanges for our products.
